Opportunity to join a thriving HVAC Manufacturer Representative company in one of the strongest economies in the country. S. Conley Sales, Inc. has been serving the needs of the Commercial HVAC industry in Montana and Wyoming for 20 years.

Headquartered in Bozeman, Montana, we are currently seeking to grow our team in the Bozeman office by adding an Operations Inside Sales Support person.

Job Description & Duties:

• Job takeoff and bid preparation
• Equipment and accessory pricing
• Work with Project Manager on job hand-off, submittals and IOM when needed.
• Manage current plans & plans addendums
• Track progress, changes, & identify any risk on job as it pertains to bidding
• Bid list management, bid exchanges job review, prior approvals, project file management
• Work with S. Conley Sales staff and vendors to utilize software and platform needed to complete work.
• Other duties as assigned & related to position.

Role:

You will be part of our team based in Bozeman, with responsibility for estimating materials for HVAC equipment in the territory of MT and WY. The estimating role is the backbone to assist our partnering contractors with their equipment needs throughout the construction phase. This position involves interfacing primarily with, our vendor partners, coordinating with our Project Managers, working with mechanical contractors, as well as close coordination with other support staff throughout S. Conley Sales Inc

Qualifications:

• Background in mechanical systems or construction. HVAC is preferred but not required.
• Proficient with standard computer software and ability to learn manufacturer-specific software programs.

Education:

• High School (Required)
• BS degree in Engineering (Not Required but Preferred)

Compensation/ hours: - Full Time Position

• Base Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year DOE
• Performance Bonus Comp Plan
• Substantial Benefits Package
• Regular Business Hours are typically 8am to 5pm including a lunch break. Expectations are that hours will shift to meet position objectives and client needs.
• Health, HSA, dental insurance, & PTO (accrues @ 10hrs per month) benefits begin immediately upon hire.
• Matching 401K Begins after 6 months on the job.
