Inside Sales Representative, Sr. is responsible for an assigned territory or portfolio of customers to target for remote sales development calls. Selects appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers, support upselling, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, Inside Sales Representative, Sr. develops connections with customers and may conduct field visits. May participate in sales efforts as part of a larger team. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Inside Sales Representative, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     Job Description:
    As an Inside Sales Representative at Diesel Care and Performance Inc., your role will be crucial in providing excellent customer service and fostering business relationships. Your daily objectives will include:
    • Customer Service: Utilize online customer service programs such as ShipStation, Shopify, and other relevant tools to assist customers via email, messenger, and phone. Address basic customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
    • Call Management: Direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or staff members, ensuring efficient communication within the organization.
    • Sales Calls: Conduct daily cold calls and follow-up calls to prospective and existing business clients, providing product information, quotes, and support to drive sales and maintain customer relationships.
    • Data Entry: Assist in data entry tasks to create and update product listings, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product information.
    Qualifications:
    To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
    • Ability to navigate online customer service programs and CRM systems.
    • Sales experience, including cold calling and client follow-ups, is a plus.
    • Proficiency in data entry and attention to detail.
    • A proactive and organized approach to tasks.
    • Automotive industry knowledge or interest is desirable.
    Work Schedule:
    • Days: Monday through Thursday
    • Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    • Breaks: You will receive 2 paid 15-minute breaks per day and one unpaid 30-minute or 1-hour lunch break.
    • Weekends: We are closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and you will not be asked to work these days unless extenuating circumstances apply.
    Compensation and Benefits:
    • Starting Pay: $14.50 per hour
    • Performance-Based Increase: After 6 months of employment and review, employees who meet expectations will receive a $1.00 per hour increase.
    • Holiday Pay Package: We offer a holiday pay package.
    • Paid Time Off (PTO): PTO is available after six months of employment.
    • We do not offer health insurance or medical coverage of any kind.
