Responsibilities:
Telesales:
· Conduct outbound calls to prospects to generate leads and promote our products/services.
· Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
· Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.
· Utilize sales scripts and product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities.
· Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and drive sales conversions.
· Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
After-Sales Support:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers, providing exceptional after-sales support.
· Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and resolve issues or concerns in a timely manner.
· Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and technical support as needed.
· Coordinate with other departments such as customer service, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
· Proactively follow up with customers to gather feedback, address any issues, and foster long-term relationships.
· Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services to existing customers.
Administrative Tasks:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system (HubSpot, NetSuite).
· Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales contracts as required.
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and improve processes.
· Assist in creating sales presentations, marketing materials, and sales reports.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service roles.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
· Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to close sales deals.
