As the Inside Sales Rep, you’ll primarily be responsible for providing centralized support to a network of Sales Reps. You’ll develop a strong knowledge of the products and solutions offered then use that knowledge to assist Sales Reps achieve their goals. You’ll focus on identifying new and continued revenue opportunities for established accounts. You’ll monitor and maintain customer account data and contractual agreements to ensure existing revenue streams are continuous and uninterrupted. At times, you may be the first point of contact with a new or existing customer, so must build instant rapport then determine the right path to customer satisfaction whether it’s refer them to the appropriate Sales Rep or handle the sale yourself. You’ll also participate in customer facing marketing and relationship building activities to ultimately drive revenue growth.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
Promotes all aspects of the RAKA Rentals to its current and prospective customers by assisting RAKA Rentals Sales Representatives with sales and services related to capital equipment solutions.
Establishes, maintains, qualifies and nurtures business relationships with current customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
Proactively manages assigned accounts employing disciplined outreach campaigns; acts as a first point of contact to enhance the customer experience.
Maintains accurate customer account information and machine population within CRM; develops and qualifies equipment and/or parts and service leads, forwarding to sales team as appropriate.
Focuses on outbound calls and other forms of digital touch-points to existing and prospective customers; researches sources for developing prospective customers.
Coordinates sales efforts with Sales and Marketing Department and Sales and Marketing Leadership.
Participates in ongoing internal/external training courses and various events, including training, online and instructor-led training, trade shows, marketing events, etc., to keep abreast of changes and enhance sales methodology knowledge.
May perform other duties as required and assigned
