Inside Sales Representative is responsible for an assigned territory or portfolio of customers to target for remote sales development calls. Coordinates with field sales team members to understand customers' unique needs and potential sales opportunities. Being an Inside Sales Representative reaches out to customers to promote new and existing products and services, offer special discounts and promotions, or provide essential account management services. Selects appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers, support upselling, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, Inside Sales Representative develops connections with customers and may conduct field visits. May participate in sales efforts as part of a larger team. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Inside Sales Representative work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Job Description
Sell TruGreen services in the residential industry to new and existing customers. Channels include in-person and outbound phone calls. Responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans within given territories. Generate and secure new residential sales revenue by scheduling appointments to meet with prospective customers who request a quote online or by phone, and prospecting the neighboring homes. Work home and garden show booths to generate new residential leads. Manage small groups of temporary resources for designated territories. Execute multiple campaigns throughout the season to maximize growth, and upsell services to existing customers. Responsible for direct customer contact for retention campaigns.
