We are a well-established full-service sign company in the heart of Midtown. We offer interior and exterior custom signage, vehicle wraps, sign installation and repair.
We are expanding our team efforts by adding an Inside Sales Representative. This position will be responsible for the working and closing of incoming leads, as well as outbound calling to foster and work an existing company book of business. There will be times visits to clients are necessary.
Individuals with B2B sales experience will be the first to be considered for this position. Being able to assess client needs for design and budget, along with communicating product offerings to close business is essential. Individuals must possess strong telephone skills: to include being articulate, having a pleasant manner and phone voice, and the ability to engage customers. This position requires an individual to have strong writing skills and grammar.
Responsibilities
· Responsible for handling incoming website, call in, and walk in leads. Making sales calls to existing customers, setting meetings as necessary, learning and communicating product offerings, and closing sales.
· Working with prospects to determine and identify their budgets, identify and validate their want, need, and ability to purchase; while aligning our products where business opportunities exist.
Requirements
· Business to Business sales experience.
· Must be self-driven, results oriented and motivated, with a sense of urgency to generate sales.
· Must enjoy being on the phone and meeting potential customers.
· Ability to successfully work autonomously while demonstrating excellent time management skills.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Computer skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
· Experience with a sales contact management system such as Goldmine, CASper, Sales Force
