GT Midwest, an Industrial Supply Company, is seeking and Inside Sales Manager for the Kansas City Division. The Inside Sales Manager has a two-fold role: Leader of inside sales team and other customer service personnel, and manager of program accounts and related activity. The staff may include inside sales people, counter sales people, people located at customer sites, and others as determined by the General Manager. The overall responsibilities of the CRM are to ensure that customers are satisfied and are receiving outstanding service and to grow the business in a manner consistent with the role and with the roles of the personnel he or she manages.
