Shooting Stars Basketball Training Program is a leading provider of youth basketball development initiatives, aimed at fostering a love for the game and developing fundamental skills in children. Our new program, "Baby Buckets," targets toddlers Ages 2-4 and introduces them to the basics of basketball in a fun and engaging environment.

**Job Description:**

As a District Manager for Shooting Stars Basketball Training Program, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and impact within your designated state. You will be responsible for hiring employees, establishing partnerships with day care centers and private schools, and overseeing the successful implementation of our "Baby Buckets" toddler program.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Recruitment and Management:**

- Hire and train employees to deliver the "Baby Buckets" program effectively.

- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and supervision to program staff members.

2. **Business Development:**

- Identify and reach out to potential partners, including day care centers and private schools, to offer the "Baby Buckets" program.

- Negotiate partnerships and agreements to establish regular program sessions.

3. **Communication:**

- Maintain regular communication with parents and staff members via email and phone calls, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related inquiries.

4. **Program Oversight:**

- Ensure the smooth operation of the "Baby Buckets" program across all locations within the district.

- Monitor program quality and participant satisfaction, implementing improvements as needed.

5. **Hands-On Engagement:**

- Optionally, participate in teaching classes to provide hands-on support and ensure program quality.

- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for basketball and a commitment to youth development.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in youth sports, scheduling, communication, and management roles.

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members.

- A background working with children and a genuine enthusiasm for youth development.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $70,043.00 - $76,517.00 per year
