As a District Manager for Shooting Stars Basketball Training Program, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and impact within your designated state. You will be responsible for hiring employees, establishing partnerships with day care centers and private schools, and overseeing the successful implementation of our "Baby Buckets" toddler program.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Recruitment and Management:**
- Hire and train employees to deliver the "Baby Buckets" program effectively.
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and supervision to program staff members.
2. **Business Development:**
