Facilitate effective communication andcollaboration to ensure a unified and coordinated approach toaddressing the needs of the population.
Communication Platform Management : Establish andoversee a robust communication platform that serves as a centralhub for information exchange and collaboration among stakeholders.
Ensure the platform is accessible and relevant to all partiesinvolved in providing assistance to newcomers.
Work Plan Development : Collaborate with projectstakeholders to develop detailed work plans outlining objectivestimelines and responsibilities for each entity engaged in theNewcomer Program.
Provide guidance to align activities with theestablished plan.
ProjectImplementation : Take the lead in overseeing and ensuringthe successful execution of the Newcomer Program. Monitor progressidentify challenges and work closely with stakeholders to achieveprogram goals and objectives.
