JOB SUMMARY:
Plans, manages, and provides work direction for infrastructure network team, voice telecom team, and audio-visual support team in support of 15,000 network, voice, and audio-visual devices throughout the County. Establishes guidelines to monitor Network and Telcom performance and ensures network stability through the effective use of network monitoring systems. Develops operational policies and procedures and determines most efficient utilization of personnel and equipment. Strong focus on customer service delivery and meeting defined SLA response times for incidents. Oversee the planning, coordination and implementation of the county’s IT service delivery policies and measures. Participates in planning of programs, policies or objectives for own work group and department.
SALARY RANGE: $43.56-$54.46 range per hour
