Information Technology Supervisor supervises employees of the information technology department in accordance with organizational policies and goals. Ensures proper functioning of the organization's information systems and makes upgrades as necessary. Assists the Director in the management of IT functions and systems operations as well as the delivery of IT services to end-users and customers. As second in charge of the Information Technology Department, this position is accountable for the delivery of effective and efficient customer service and IT service management.
Employee has direct supervisory responsibility for two (2) employees.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a valid driver's license or obtain one by date of hire. Must be able to pass FBI criminal background fingerprint check and have the ability to comply with state and federal requirements for criminal justice information security standards.
