Description:

This individual will provide ongoing support for business sales program initiatives and tools while working closely with leadership, coaches, and cross-functional teams. In this role, Program Manager will manage training program logistics, reporting, budgets, and communications as well as proactively assessing business needs, identifying potential issues, and working toward resolution with a sense of urgency.

• At least 3 years relevant experience required.
• Position is hybrid with 3 days onsite required.

Technology Requirements:

• Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft 365, experienced with Webex for webinars and at using LMS platforms like Magenta U (OnPoint).

Typical Day:

• Coordinating meeting logistics, managing training events and resources, overseeing program communications and maintaining budgets.
• Time management and prioritization are important.

Preferred Background:

• Prior experience in program/project management, preferably in a sales or corporate training environment.
• Familiarity with license management and vendor relations.
• Experience with metric reporting and budget/expense management.
