    Information Technology Manager responsibilities include:

    • Oversee the deployment and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring that needs are met.
    • Assist in developing and implementing cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data and systems setting strategy to monitor vulnerabilities.
    • Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of the firm's technology infrastructure and software.
    • Microsoft 365 Suite Management: Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications, including Office apps, SharePoint, and OneDrive, ensuring seamless operation and user productivity.
    • User Support and Training: Provide end-user training and support for Microsoft 365, and future systems, fostering a culture of efficiency and collaboration.
    • Collaboration and Document Management: Oversee SharePoint and OneDrive for effective document management and team collaboration within a secure framework.
    • Data Quality and Management: Ensure the integrity and security of data across, Microsoft 365, and future platforms, conducting regular audits and data clean-up.
    • Data Warehousing Strategies: Design and implement strategies for data backup, data aggregation, data storage, to enhance business decision-making and operational efficiencies.
    • Data Warehouse Management: Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of data warehousing solutions, ensuring efficient data integration from Microsoft 365, and other sources to support advanced analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
    • Data Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce data governance policies within the data warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with data security and privacy regulation.
    • Align Corporate IT strategy with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and DoD regulations.
    • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of company data.
    • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems, such as Office365.
    • Stay current with industry trends and advancements to make informed recommendations.
    • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to include Torden's external facing communications sites, social media and website from technical approach while working closely with Torden's Communications Director for content.
    • Provide technical support to end-users and address IT-related issues in a timely manner.
    • Participate in developing and implementing a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with Torden's overall objectives.
    • Perform IT needs assessments, technology, and vendor selections, focusing on building best practices while controlling costs.
    • Collaborate with firm leadership to identify and prioritize technology needs that enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.

    Requirements and skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in related field of Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience
    • 5 years of proven experience in a technology support role.
    • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies
    • Hands-on experience in an IT support position with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system and hardware issues.
    • Microsoft Operating Systems (365) and IOS
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills, proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, analyze, organize, attend to detail, and follow through.
