Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Specialist to join our team. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the IT infrastructure of our organization. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals

- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory

- Deploy software updates and patches using SCCM

- Perform software troubleshooting and provide guidance to users

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve IT-related issues

- Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes and procedures

- Utilize ServiceNow or Jira ticketing system to track and resolve user requests

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred

- Proven experience in IT support or related role preferred

- Strong knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols

- Proficiency in Active Directory administration

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to work in a hands-on role

- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with IT infrastructure management
