- Provide exceptional guest services, including check-in/check-out procedures
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including answering phones and providing information to guests
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in computer systems and software used in hotel operations
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
