    The Franklin County Auditor’s Office is seeking a Public Information Specialist to join the Communications team.

Our mission is to protect and empower consumers, making sure they receive what they rightfully pay for at gas pumps and retail store scanners.     What will you do?

    Provides professional, thorough, and consistent constituent service over the phone to residents and businesses who contact the Office; Monitors relevant mail and e-mail to provide prompt and efficient responses to both internal and external customers; serves as a public-facing representative of the Franklin County Auditor’s Office.

    Assists other departments within the office as required (e.g., data entry, filing, stuffing envelopes, etc.); completes projects as assigned; supports and works collaboratively with coworkers; sets, pursues, and achieves goals and objectives.
