Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Lead Information Technology Specialist at Synergy Information Technology Group, LLC. As a Lead IT Specialist, you will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, network security, and providing excellent customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing and maintaining computer networks, resolving technical issues, implementing security measures, and providing technical support to clients.

Qualifications

• 10 years minimum experience
• Advanced networking and troubleshooting abilities
• Windows environment – Apple experience a plus
• Windows Server support and management
• Small Business Firewall support and management – SonicWall experience a plus
• Backup and Failover support and management – Datto experience a plus
• VM Server support and management
• SQL Server support and management
• Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or CCNA a plus
• Experience with server administration and IT project management is a plus
