The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking an experienced IT professional to oversee the delivery of solutions and the day-to-day operational support for Information Technology Security and management of the Technology Operations Center (TOC).

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• B.S. Engineering or related degree, or 8 years in related work experience
• A strong understanding of the business impact of security tools, technologies, and policies
• Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to develop and guide information security team members and IT operations personnel, and work with minimal supervision
• Possess superior, service-oriented approach to IT operations
• Experience developing and maintaining policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service focus with ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of the organization
• Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience with the introduction of new technologies and standards in a mature IT environment
• Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to direct and manage engineering projects from beginning to end
• Flexible with ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
