Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Security Account Manager to oversee security operations and maintain client relationships. As a Security Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our security services, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and security for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their security needs and preferences.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns regarding security services.
• Coordinate security services, including scheduling, staffing, and deployment, to meet client expectations and contractual obligations.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review security performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including security personnel, operations teams, and management, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to clients on security performance and incidents

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in security management or account management roles preferred
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to articulate security concepts and solutions to clients effectively.
• Proven organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of security systems, procedures, and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• SORA license is required
