Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing Security, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm and Intrusion installation projects from start to finish. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to effectively coordinate and manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of projects
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and site documents
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects
- Communicate project status updates and address any issues or concerns that arise
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle

Experience:

-MUST HAVE Fire Alarm License, Alarm Installer License, Electric Access Control License
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the security alarm industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, including blueprint reading, construction estimating, and project coordination
- Proficiency in project management
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire team members
- Solid understanding of contracts and legal requirements related to projects
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions
