Information Security Manager is responsible for developing and managing Information Systems cyber security, including disaster recovery, database protection and software development. Manages IS security analysts to ensure that all applications are functional and secure. Being an Information Security Manager develops and delivers IS security standards, best practices, architecture and systems to ensure information system security across the enterprise. Implements procedures and methods for auditing and addressing non-compliance to information security standards. Additionally, Information Security Manager migrates non-compliant environments to compliant environments. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing Security, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm and Intrusion installation projects from start to finish. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to effectively coordinate and manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of projects
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and site documents
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects
- Communicate project status updates and address any issues or concerns that arise
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
Experience:
-MUST HAVE Fire Alarm License, Alarm Installer License, Electric Access Control License
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the security alarm industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, including blueprint reading, construction estimating, and project coordination
- Proficiency in project management
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire team members
- Solid understanding of contracts and legal requirements related to projects
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions
