Waters Edge Health and Rehab has an exciting opportunity for a driven leader to join our growing team as Infection Control Nurse in Kenosha, WI. This position will work alongside a phenomenal Director of Nursing (DON) in leading the clinical team to success and providing outstanding care to our residents.

As the Infection Control Nurse you have the ability to positively impact the lives and overall health of the residents by overseeing the prevention, containing, and treating infections. Developing programs in compliance with regulations and guidelines. Provide staff and resident training and education on proper hygiene techniques. Administering medications, performing medical procedures and providing other care services.

This position is Full-Time Days with rotating weekends.

Requirements:

• WI Licensed Registered Nurse
• Certified in Infection Control (CIC Certification)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lead a growing team
