Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and must be licensed to operate a industrial truck/tractor. Being an Industrial Truck and Tractor Operator also requires 2-4 years of experience. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Industrial Truck and Tractor Operator relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. Responsibilities:
- Develop and program CNC machine operations using industry-standard software
- Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T symbols
- Perform quality control checks using calipers and other measuring tools
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize production processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software
- Familiarity with materials handling and machining techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, including GD&T symbols
- Experience with quality control procedures and the use of calipers for measurement
