- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide sedation to patients as needed
- Perform dental charting and maintain accurate patient records
- Assist with infection control procedures and sterilization of dental instruments
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in oral health care and attend continuing education programs as required
Qualifications:
- Valid state Hygienist license
- Proficient in performing oral prophylaxis and scaling
- Knowledge of dental anatomy, oral diseases, and treatment options
- Experience with digital x-rays and dental software systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with dental professionals
- Attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity
