Counter Sales Representative

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers

- Assist customers in finding the right products and making purchasing decisions

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed

- Handle shipping and receiving products

Skills:

- Retail sales experience preferred

- Experience in the industrial or manufacturing industry is a plus

- Technical background and knowledge of power transmission and motion control parts are big plus

- Knowledge of Spanish, highly desirable

- Must be familiar with the products we sell: bearings, belts, chains, gearboxes, electric motors, lubricants, and so on (see our website for more details).

- Proficient in retail math calculations for accurate pricing and change handling

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proven sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products
