Inbound Contact Center Supervisor jobs in Shreveport, LA

Inbound Contact Center Supervisor supervises inbound contact center agents and operations focusing on selling products or services. Monitors metrics and targets for service volume, sales, and timeliness. Being an Inbound Contact Center Supervisor responds to escalated calls with remedies or solutions. Implements sales and product training to update staff on product and service offerings, customer response standards, scripts, operational policies, and procedures. Additionally, Inbound Contact Center Supervisor prepares staff work schedules to ensure coverage and coordinate training. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Inbound Contact Center Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Inbound Contact Center Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Responsibilities/Duties
    Would you find it fun and challenging to:
    • Be the first point of contact for our customers who call in, sometimes with only questions, but many times with account problems;
    • Help customers find the answers they need while protecting them from giving out information to other people who would misuse it;
    • Pay attention to the details that the customers give you, and ask questions if you need to verify further, to make sure each caller is who they say they are and that their request is legitimate;
    • When you are not able to help a caller, find the person in the Bank who can;
    • Build relationships with your phone customers so you can help them figure out which products and services will help them the most;
    • Having growth and advancement opportunities; and
    • On those days when you have callers who may be a bit testy, creatively figuring out ways to make their day!
    Required Qualifications
    • High School diploma or GED
    • At least 12 months of experience in customer service or banking
    • Great communication skills
