Job Summary:
The RN Weekend Supervisor oversees nursing staff and patient care activities during weekend shifts. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality care, maintains regulatory compliance, and serves as a resource for nursing staff and other healthcare team members.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Assess patient needs and coordinate care plans with healthcare team members.
• Provide direct patient care as needed.
• Monitor patient progress and outcomes.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
• Conduct rounds to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize patient care delivery.
• Respond to emergencies and provide support as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
• Stay updated on healthcare regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Commitment to providing compassionate patient care.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour
