Being an Import/Export Supervisor verifies all payment transactions are completed according to requirements. Ensures that all documentation is up to date and recorded in tracking systems. Additionally, Import/Export Supervisor resolves issues and expedites solutions with clients, customs officials, and shippers. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Import/Export Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Import/Export Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Supervisor contribute as an integral member of the store management team by contributing to the successful implementation of strategies and operational excellence that ensure brand equity, customer satisfaction and financial growth.
About the Role
Partner with store manager on elevated consumer issues
Deliver formal performance feedback in partnership with store management
Efficient handling of all cash handling and merchandise operations such as shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment systems while maintaining standards.
Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy.
