JOB DESCRIPTION: · Training and Supervising Servers, Host/Host and Bus People for Café on the Green and Moose Lodge Boathouse Restaurant as well as cart person for beverage cart for golf course · Participate and contribute to overall a la carte meetings with Chef de Cuisine, Executive Chef and WFCR management · Schedule all staff for restaurant and beverage cart · Supervising staff · Keep customers happy while handling any complaints in a professional manner · Work on the floor of Moose Lodge Boathouse Restaurant while open overseeing daily operations and ensuring effective and professional service to all home owners, members and guests · Cooperate and assist in deliverance of Weddings Events as they relate to use of both Moose Lodge Boathouse Restaurant and Café on the Green as requested · Complete inventories of beverage, supplies periodically ordering all beverages as needed. · Other tasks as required in the general operations and benefit of the Whiteface Club Resort · Prepare and submit yearly budgets (sales and payroll) · Promote individual growth of staff as well as being a positive team leader and influencer COMPENSATION · Salary: $52,000 - $65,000/Year plus bonus · Employee discount bonus. · BONUS: On a la carte sales and Event Assistance o 1% a la carte sales Bonus given at end of completion of each season; November – May, June – October o ½% Wedding & Events Bonus for assistance with weddings & events · Use of all amenities during employee approved times · Fringe benefits to include: o Employer assisted health care including dental and vision
