Job Overview:
The Supervisor of the Occupational Therapy Department manages the day to day operation of the OT Outpatient Adult Rehabilitation Department including but not limited to data collection, payroll, updating policy and procedures, assist in budget development, and identifies and evaluates people with impairments, disabilities or handicaps in the area of specialization.
The supervisor and or appointed staff have an overlapping responsibility to provide oversight to the clinical coordinators/senior therapist in the other specialty areas in the department; providing both clinical and administrative service to both patients and physicians of these programs and provides documentation of staff meeting minutes.
