Interview, hire, train, and orient new team member to their job. Evaluate and oversee job performance. Responsible for assisting team members with goal setting and development plans. Conduct group and individual training as to Policies and Procedures, equipment, and area set up. Meet labor objectives while achieving guest satisfaction.
