We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. Duties:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the establishment's operations
- Ensure efficient and effective service delivery to customers
- Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Oversee food production and ensure high-quality standards are met
- Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping or banquet, to ensure smooth operations
- Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Create staff schedules and manage shift rotations
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Utilize POS systems to process orders and track sales

Experience:
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hotel industry is required
- Proven experience in team management and shift management
- Strong knowledge of food production processes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using POS systems for order processing
