Job Description:

Computer software to be used : Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint.

Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience:
Clerical Skills/ Experience in conducting investigations or managing a pipeline of cases, desired.

Mandatory skills/certification(s) Requirement:
Verbal communication, Good written communication, good phone skills, attention to detail, proficient in Microsoft Word, Proficient in Excel,

Duties/Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls.
Log inquiries and complaints to the Division of Banking.
Bulk Mailing
Generate reports using SharePoint and Excel
Manage large amounts of data (filter, categorize)
Audit Consumer complaints to ensure entry into various systems.
Enter complaint data into various systems.
Work closely with investigators in creating and managing complaint files.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $24.24 per hour
