Import/Export Administrator administers the documentation processes required to import and export merchandise and materials in compliance with federal, state, local, or country-specific regulations. Prepares and reviews all required documentation, coding, and calculations of duties, tariffs, price conversions. Being an Import/Export Administrator completes any required payment transactions that accompany shipments. Ensures that all documentation is up to date and recorded in tracking systems. Additionally, Import/Export Administrator typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Import/Export Administrator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Administrator Expectations:

    • Ensure that nursing services are planned to maximize resident quality of life and quality of care.
    • Assist in development of community budget, prepare monthly financial analysis and cash flows and approve purchase orders subject to Board policies.
    • Develop, implement, and monitor compensation and benefit programs for staff.
    • Ensure the planning and evaluation of an environmental safety program that will maintain the health and safety of residents.
    • Educate nursing home board and/or governing entity regarding their responsibilities and monitor their actions.
    • Conduct health center physical inspections; perform evaluations for State Board of Health inspections
    • Ensure that corporate compliance and policy directives are implemented and monitored.
    • Assume full responsibility for operation of the community in the absence of the executive director

    Requirements:

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination or exemption
    • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
    • College education in business/human resources preferred.
    • Must be LNHA
