You will be trained through a 5 day immersive training program followed by a 90 day support system till you are confident and comfortable! We have two positions, one in Aurora and one in Lakewood.

Each home is managed by an Administrative Designee. This individual must posses many attributes: Maintain state compliance, Maintain HIPAA compliance. Manage and Maintain staff training and performance as well as company policies and procedures. Ensure resident safety, uphold resident rights, dignity and care per resident care plans. Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree Preferred but not mandatory with excellent references/experiences
• Assisted Living Administrators License Required - will help you obtain
• QMAP Certification
• Leadership Experience 2-3 years
• 2 Year Employment Commitment
• 40 Hours Per Week
• Extreme flexibility with the schedule to support the house as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
