Responsible for meeting the goals, objectives, and outcomes outlined by the OhioRISE Care Management Entity specialized managed care plan. Leads the region’s team to cultivate a solution focused strengths-based environment to honor family voice and choice. Develops and grows relationships internally, with community partners, stakeholders, the Ohio Department of Medicaid, and the OhioRISE Managed Care Organization administrators.
The salary range for this position is $75,505.20 through $90,724.00.
