Import Coordination Manager jobs in Ventura, CA

Charm Kraft Industries, Inc. is a leader in the Gift and Souvenir industry and is seeking a highly organized individual who will be responsible for import and domestic operations: inventory management, order entry, billing, invoicing, creating purchase orders to multiple vendors and arranging shipments and deliveries to customers. Job will include light bookkeeping and account reconciliation. This job requires a great amount of multitasking. Candidate must be efficient, organized and detail oriented and enjoy working with numbers and spreadsheets. Strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office, Excel and Teams is a must. Candidate must enjoy working as part of a team.

Candidate must work a 4 day work week and be off on Fridays.

Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday
• Complete work in 8 hours and go home early but get paid for 10 hours

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
