Merlex Auto Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Dealership Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the finance and insurance (F&I) department, ensuring compliance with all regulations and providing exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities: - Manage the dealership's finance and insurance department, including overseeing the finance team and daily operations.

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.

- Review and finalize financing and leasing contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal regulations.

- Offer guidance and expertise to customers regarding financing options, aftermarket products, and extended warranties.

- Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers to secure competitive rates and terms for customers.

- Train and mentor finance team members on best practices, compliance requirements, and sales techniques.

- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the dealership remains competitive and compliant. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred).

- Previous experience in automotive finance management or related field.

- Strong understanding of finance and insurance products, regulations, and compliance requirements.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
