At Import AutoWerks in Quincy, MA, we're on the lookout for a full-time Automotive Technician to join our passionate team of experts. If you're seeking a full-time position with a pay range of up to $50.00 per hour plus incentives and up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus, this position is for you! WORK SCHEDULE:

As a full-time Automotive Technician at Import AutoWerks, you'll enjoy a consistent 5-day workweek, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while contributing your expertise to our team. We are closed on weekends.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN:

You'll spend your time performing various automotive tasks, from routine maintenance to advanced repairs. Picture yourself starting your day in our air-conditioned facility, surrounded by a team of experienced personnel who share your passion for automotive excellence. Your day will include performing basic care and maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid level checks, and tire rotations, all with meticulous attention to detail. Your expertise will shine as you diagnose and repair complex automotive issues, simple repairs such as suspension and wheel bearings, and sensors with precision and accuracy. Learning today's newer skills such as high voltage EVs. We have all the tools and training to get you where you want to be. You'll have the opportunity to explain automotive problems and repairs in a way that builds trust and loyalty, leaving each customer confident in Import AutoWerks' commitment to top-quality service.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician
• Ability to work full-time, accommodating the needs of the shop and maintaining a consistent 40-hour workweek
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to adapt and learn new technology
• Passion for automobiles
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
