    Job Description

    You will join our Oslo office and lead both local and international projects as our teams work in partnership across our growing global pool of strategy Consultants.

    As a Manager you will dually be responsible for the management and delivery of projects and across our Strategy, Transaction Support, Transformation and Regulation and Policy offering. You will also have the opportunity to drive business development activities, work with clients at the forefront of the industry and share your  project expertise with junior members of the team.

    The nature of our work is varied, and you will work on projects in strategy design, due diligence analysis and regulatory work, working with world-class experts in the TMT industry.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Building relationships with existing and new clients and leading the bid process, including spending time on client site to become a trusted partner.
    • Ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
    • Coordinating and managing the project team.
    • Identifying and resolving key issues in complex client projects, as well as developing frameworks for project solving.
    • Helping to develop intellectual capital around expert topic areas to support project delivery and sales.
    • Developing and mentoring project teams and sector members.

    Qualifications

    You enjoy working in different settings and integrating with clients to understand their culture, build your relationships and reputation.

    As long as you are keen to learn about the sector and have a strong academic background, you don’t need to have a background exclusively in TMT.

    You must be fluent in English. Fluency in Norwegian is not essential, but you must be willing to learn.
