What we're looking for in a Care Coordination Liaison
To excel as a Care Coordination Liaison at HME Specialists, candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with some related experience or training.
Customer service experience in the Durable Medical Equipment field is highly valued, as it demonstrates the ability to provide exceptional care and support to patients.
Basic healthcare knowledge, such as being an EMT, MA, or LPN, is advantageous in understanding medical terminology and equipment usage.
Strong communication skills are essential for effectively educating patients and interacting with healthcare professionals.
