CCS Implementation group supports the Servicing, Collections, and Recovery business lines under Cards and Merchant Services (CMS).
In this role, you will:
- Be a leader; have a people and team first mentality
- Be accountable for the overall success of the team, culture, and champion continuous improvement
- Actively support, coach, mentor & contribute to the team on changes, conflicts/issues, initiatives, and transformational work
- Demonstrate business execution skills to coach, advise, and influence strategic decisions and expected outcomes
- Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
- Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations for multiple business groups
- Engage and partner with leaders, operations, product, other cross-functional stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives
- Identify, recommend, and execute on opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development
- Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with Wells Fargo's business line objectives
- Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications, US:
- 4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2 years Leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience planning and organizing cross functional work, building teams, and managing stakeholder groups to drive complex, high-priority efforts through to completion.
- Experience leading transformational Initiatives and people through change
- Experience working in a large, complex, dynamic organization with multiple business groups and broad geographic reach.
- A record of accomplishment demonstrating strong influencing, collaboration and decision-making skills across various stakeholder teams to ensure alignment and drive progress toward a common business objective.
- Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback, direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
- Successful record leveraging agile practices, people, and data to drive business outcomes
- Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management execution
- Proven ability to analyze data and develop strategies for process improvements and/or team development
- Experience in understanding and interpreting policies and assessing the adequacy of change management policies, procedures, and processes.
- Experience identifying risk factors and ensure enactment of appropriate controls.
- Financial Services Industry experience preferred
- Strong presentation (verbal and written) communications skills are required, as this role will be required to provide analysis and recommendations to senior leaders
Job Expectations:
- Must be available to work a hybrid model where you will work on-site 3 days and off-site 2 day
- Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening

Pay Range :
Wilmington, DE: $106,300 - $188,900
Roanoke, VA and Sioux Falls, SD: $87,000 - $154,600
All other locations: $96,600 - $171,800
