Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Software Implementation Specialist at Softbase Systems. The Software Implementation Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of implementing our Dealership Management System (DMS) for clients in the heavy equipment industries. This includes providing technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring effective communication between clients and our development team. While the role is primarily located in Houston, TX, there is flexibility for some remote work.

• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and data analysis
• Experience in software implementation and system integration
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and the development team
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Previous experience in providing technical support

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role:

• Experience working with Dealership Management Systems (DMS)
• Familiarity with the heavy equipment industries
• Knowledge of database systems and SQL
• Experience in project management
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,502.88 per year
