Implementation Specialist jobs in Orem, UT

As a member of the Product Support team, you work closely with cross-functional teams in all departments to improve both the internal and external User experience. You will interact with Lendions daily to understand their challenges and work with the Product Team to resolve them.

You are critically important to Lendio as the Product Team continues to build various product offerings for Lendio's customers.

What you will own:

• Troubleshoot resolve challenging issues

• Document steps to reproduce issues

• Create and maintain resources to enable users to solve common errors on their own

• Prioritize bug escalation with Product Management

• Manage permission and role assignments

• Assist with Bulk Actions as needed

• Assist with feature testing for upcoming releases

• Assist with training on new and existing features

• Proactively work with users to find ways to improve all of Lendio's product offerings.

What you'll need to be successful:

• Proactive

• Knowledge of relational database queries/manipulations

• Familiarity with APIs

• Familiarity with at least 1 backend language (i.e., PHP, Java, python)
