The Implementation Specialist is responsible for onboarding our new clients onto the Altvia platform. This involves working with an implementation team to guide the client through working sessions to define requirements, work with our Solution Architect to design solutions, configure our applications to implement those solutions, and review the approach with the client. This role may also handle data migration - helping clients extract data from their legacy systems, mapping and transforming data, and loading the results into the client’s new Altvia environments for their validation. This role also includes training both administrators and end users on how to use our products.

The implementation specialist must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong time management skills, organizational skills and attention to detail. The Implementation Specialist must also be an exceptional problem solver, an independent worker, and must follow through on commitments to our team and to clients.
