Altvia is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our Colorado based firm that provides a SaaS platform for Private Equity. The Implementation Specialist is responsible for onboarding our new clients onto the Altvia platform. This involves working with an implementation team to guide the client through working sessions to define requirements, work with our Solution Architect to design solutions, configure our applications to implement those solutions, and review the approach with the client. This role may also handle data migration - helping clients extract data from their legacy systems, mapping and transforming data, and loading the results into the client’s new Altvia environments for their validation. This role also includes training both administrators and end users on how to use our products.
The implementation specialist must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong time management skills, organizational skills and attention to detail. The Implementation Specialist must also be an exceptional problem solver, an independent worker, and must follow through on commitments to our team and to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Implementation Project Manager and primary point of contact for the client
- Conduct new implementation welcome calls, explaining our methodology, introducing our team members, and reviewing scope and schedule with the new client
- Conduct working sessions to review requirements and configuration with new clients
- Collect feedback and document notes from client working sessions
- Prepare daily and/or weekly status reports, and communicate status to the client regularly
- Identify project risks, and discuss mitigation strategies with the client
- Monitor all phases of the project and escalate issues when necessary
- Deliver training to client administrators and end users, remotely or onsite as required
- Contribute on up to seven implementation projects at a given time
- Configure Altvia products, including Salesforce.com to meet client requirements
- Work independently to deliver configuration, testing and documentation
- Lead and participate in technical system setup and configuration
- Analyze information, reports, etc. to determine trends, issues and make recommendations
- Build the correct process flows, streamline procedures and provide data enhancements
- Potential to work international hours
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in customer implementation, onboarding, consulting, support, sales engineering, or technical problem-solving
- Experience in client services in a B2B/SaaS environment
- Strong communication and customer relations skills
- Project Management experience
- Advanced in Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Private Equity and Venture Capital industries
- Experience with the configuration of Salesforce Lightning Edition
- Local to Denver, Broomfield or surrounding areas
