Implementation Manager manages a team of implementation specialists responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Ensures the team is following department policies and procedures. Being an Implementation Manager manages and supports multiple implementation projects. Assesses client's requirements, develops scopes and cost estimates, and creates project plans and schedules. Additionally, Implementation Manager ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Responds to and resolves escalated client issues during or after implementations. Troubleshoots and recommends solutions to implementation problems or challenges. May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or assist in developing proposals. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Implementation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. FourKites’ Global Implementation team is looking for a motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Bilingual Implementation Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for independently performing a number of implementation tasks, as well as partnering with our team of Implementation Specialists, and Contractors, to deliver large, global deployments of our Dynamic Yard product. It is a great opportunity to further develop your direct and indirect management skills, as your customer consultative abilities, technical acumen, and project management prowess.
What you'll be doing:
As a Facilities Implementation Manager with FourKites, you will have ownership of implementation projects, including client management, design, testing, training, and software launches of our Facilities products (Dynamic Yard, Appointment Manager, Load Tendering, and Edocs). Additionally, you will partner with our team of Implementation Specialists and Contract Partners to deliver project milestones, drive strategic customer conversations, and participate in cross-functional collaboration to set up clients for success from Sales to Customer Success. The role will be hands-on and requires strong communication, intense problem-solving, technical abilities, and the flexibility to wear many hats while remaining agile.

Our Implementation team is driven, collaborative, and solution-oriented. They come from a variety of backgrounds, whether it's technology consulting at a Big 4 firm or managing projects at a SaaS startup, we run the gamut! They travel about 25% of the time, meeting with customers at critical points in the Implementation life cycle, without being a dedicated road warrior.
