Implementation Manager manages a team of implementation specialists responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Ensures the team is following department policies and procedures. Being an Implementation Manager manages and supports multiple implementation projects. Assesses client's requirements, develops scopes and cost estimates, and creates project plans and schedules. Additionally, Implementation Manager ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Responds to and resolves escalated client issues during or after implementations. Troubleshoots and recommends solutions to implementation problems or challenges. May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or assist in developing proposals. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Implementation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Implementation Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Loss Mitigation Oversight and Implementation Manager

  • Position Summary
    The Loss Mitigation Oversight and Implementation Manager provides leadership, direction, and coordination of all activities for functions specific to the Loss Mitigation Operation. This position is responsible for managing all Audits, Exams, Reg Change Management, Service Transfers, Process Implementation, Policies and Procedures, Training (new hire and continuing education, KPI Monitoring, and oversight of high risk accounts. The Loss Mitigation Oversight and Implementation Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining a culture of team collaboration, accountability, operational excellence, and unwavering commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
    The Loss Mitigation Oversight and Implementation Manager reports to the VP of Loss Mitigation and must develop strong working relationships with direct reports, key stakeholders, vendors, investors/agencies, co-workers, and customers.

    Primary Responsibilities
    • Research and respond to all Loss Mitigation specific audit requests from both internal and external auditors.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership on changes required to the operation via audit findings, regulatory change requirements, GSE/Investor updates, and any other opportunity identified.
    • Act as the SME for all inbound and outbound service transfers for accounts in an active loss mitigation status.
    • Ensure all processes have an up to date and valid procedure.
    • Write policies and procedures, as necessary.
    • Monitor and review all KPIs to ensure accuracy and escalate any missed KPIs to senior leadership with a resolution proposal and/or gap analysis.
    • Manage all letter content and data sent to homeowners regarding loss mitigation.
    • Respond to and remediate all high risk loss mitigation accounts and customer escalations.
    • Contribute to company culture and employee engagement.
    • Other duties not described above may be assigned as needed.
    Qualifications

    Required:
    • 5 years’ experience in loss mitigation
    • 5 years’ experience in mortgage servicing
    • 5 years’ experience in MSP/Black Knight (ICE) products
    • 3 years’ experience leading projects
    • 3 years’ experience in leadership, and leading other leaders
    • Proven record of leadership and sound management skills
    • Deep understanding of all GSE and Agency servicing guides
    • Strong problem solving and communication skills
    • Strong computer literacy with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
    • Extensive experience with Fannie Mae’s SMDU and Freddie Mac’s Workout Prospector and Resolve.
    Desired:
    • Experience in Black Knight (ICE)’s LoanSphere Loss Mitigation platform
    • Bachelor’s degree
