Implementation Manager manages a team of implementation specialists responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Ensures the team is following department policies and procedures. Being an Implementation Manager manages and supports multiple implementation projects. Assesses client's requirements, develops scopes and cost estimates, and creates project plans and schedules. Additionally, Implementation Manager ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Responds to and resolves escalated client issues during or after implementations. Troubleshoots and recommends solutions to implementation problems or challenges. May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or assist in developing proposals. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Implementation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Implementation Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Job Description:
It’s predicted almost 80 million Americans don’t have access to dental insurance. Devdent’s creation of Imagn Software enables dentists to bill medical insurance over dental insurance, expanding the care available for these individuals as well as expanding the coverage for insured individuals. Dental practices are jumping on the opportunity to implement this software.
This role specifically involves connecting with incoming clients after the sale is closed and walking them through onboarding, training, and implementation processes so that the integration of this software is as seamless as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Working with sales team for clean transition from closed to implementation
- Scheduling and maintaining onboarding protocol by date
- Reports to Operations Strategist
- Able to learn and Master Imagn Software
- Able to learn basic understanding of dental practice structure
Qualifications:
- Evidence of a growth mindset
- Proven experience in team oriented situations (be prepared to share results or examples)
- Reputable Customer Service (request: reference provided on resume)
- Coachable - quick learner (be prepared to share examples as evidence)
Perk not required:

- Saas implementation experience
- Account Management experience - Directly represent a client
