Where you fit :

This high impact position is part of our XBP Support and Implementation team. The ideal candidate works closely with Sales, Implementation, Quality Assurance, and Development to provide implementation, training and support for the Forms Builder product customers.

This will be required to work an onsite / hybrid work schedule at the XBP main office in American Fork, UT.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Work with customers and internal staff on pre and post sales requirements to successfully acquire and implement new customers.
• When necessary, work with new and existing Forms Builder Customers to integrate with their current accounting software.
• Provides training to customers and internal staff on the process of building custom forms for any need the customer has to collect data including events, permits and utility applications, and payments.
• Diagnose issues around customer calls
• Works with development team to resolve escalated issues including restructuring, rebuilding, or replacing a form created with earlier versions of Forms Builder.
• Ability to work directly with development and off shore teams to resolve issues.
• Test and validate any new releases and builds of future releases of the Forms Builder product.
• Communicate and help mockup design future product enhancements
• Generate and document all training related to implementation and support
• Report any security incident or suspected security incident to the Springbrook Incident Response Team

Required Qualifications :

• Industry domain experience in implementing software solutions for local government agencies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks with exceptional attention to detail and analytical and communication skills.
• Willing to roll up sleeves and be an effective team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Development, or related field or an additional 2 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications :

• Priority given to candidates with prior experience on implementing solutions in the local government sector.
• Ideal candidate will be team player with the skills and desire to grow with the Company.
