Position Summary: Radians Inc. is looking for an Implementation Project Manager.  In this role the Implementation Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the project plans for IT system implementation initiatives. Responsible for managing the timeline and budget variances for the projects.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Plan projects to accomplish goals within constraints such as time, cost, and agreed quality standards.
• Schedule tasks, deadlines, and milestones for all parties.
• Identify schedule uncertainties and risks. 
• Run the project and project meetings on a day-to-day basis.
• Coordinate and communicate with all necessary parties.
• Efficiently and competently manage problems between stakeholders, problems with the timeline, scope creep, and change requirements.
• Evaluate deliverables prepared by the team to make sure the work meets requirements and maintains a high level of quality.
• Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to the steering committee.
• Create, maintain, and constantly look to improve the project management progress.
• Provide detailed explanations of the project management process.
• Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:  Coaching and mentoring project team members with project-related tasks

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in a related field. 
• 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager
• 5 years’ experience developing with Acumatica. 
• Implementation experience is a must.
• Web application programming technologies such as JAVA, JSP, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, VBScript, Ruby, and .NET 
• Experience developing database standards such as object definition and naming, best practices, etc.
• Database Administration. Experience with native database utilities for backup, restore reorg, export, import, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, and proportions to practical situations 
• Good understanding of data warehouse design. 
• Project management.
• Experience with manufacturing, distribution, and sales datasets.
