Implementation Manager manages a team of implementation specialists responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Ensures the team is following department policies and procedures. Being an Implementation Manager manages and supports multiple implementation projects. Assesses client's requirements, develops scopes and cost estimates, and creates project plans and schedules. Additionally, Implementation Manager ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Responds to and resolves escalated client issues during or after implementations. Troubleshoots and recommends solutions to implementation problems or challenges. May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or assist in developing proposals. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Implementation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. The Field Implementation Manager position reports to the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives within the Company's Operational Support Group. The Field Implementation Manager will support the implementation of Cashless devices. Candidate will assist in the planning, and execution of Smart Market technical training for Company field operations. This includes managing the efforts of team members and field personnel, providing continuing education to field operations, and contributing to training process documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and Oversee Field Implementation team in completing assigned operational projects in all facets.
* Assists in the development of project scope, progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations. Liaises with management and field personnel on an ongoing basis.
* Builds, develops, and grows any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
* Trains identified field resources engaged in assembling, and installing Cashless devices.
* Trains field resources in electrical, and mechanical maintenance and repair of equipment. Assist field in diagnosing malfunctions of Cashless devices and equipment
* Trains field resources to configure Cashless devices.
* Assists in developing best practices and tools for project execution and management.
* Identifies and reports project issues.
* Tracks project timelines, milestones, and deliverables effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years business experience.
* Vending and/or Micromarkets experience.
* Retail Management, Merchandising experience.
* Computer/Software/Cashless devices and Dexing Expert
